Satisfaction Management Systems, Inc. (SMS) was founded in 1989 with the goal of helping mid-size to large businesses succeed and grow by providing custom research that could be used to build effective and successful business strategies for clients. To create true success for clients, SMS established a “partner” business model. This is a simple concept that combines SMS’ research expertise with the client’s expertise of his/her own business segment. The result is an effective and successful research plan that brings alignment between the client’s business objectives and the research methodologies. Over SMS’ 18 year history the company has continued to learn and grow with its clients and will continue to evolve to provide the most relevant and successful research strategies.
