Now a Consultant for Satisfaction Management Systems (SMS), Lexa has been gathering, analyzing, and delivering the information needed by tactical and strategic decision makers in a wide range of organizations for the past fifteen years.

As an Intelligence Officer , the Army’s first Analysis and Control Team Chief, Lexa’s team created and executed collection plans to gather raw battlefield intelligence.  Her team analyzed the incoming feeds and painted a picture of the enemy’s intention that allowed line commanders to make critical and time sensitive decisions.

As founder of ClevelandKids.com, an online portal for parents in Cleveland Lexa gathered information about hundreds of activities and services for families in the area.  She provided this information as well as personalized recommendations to parents making decisions about educating, entertaining, and caring for their children.

As a market research professional, Lexa now gathers voice of the customer data  - arguably the most elusive yet most important data available to an organization.  The analysis and presentation of this data has been instrumental in product and service development, branding and positioning of companies and products, and accurate pricing, geographic and target audience identification for domestic and international B2B, B2C, and non-profit organizations.  Clients have included General Mills, The Coca Cola Company, Kimberly Clark, Grand Casinos, H&R Block, The Toro Company, Elsevier Publishers, and Coloplast.
