Vince Farace, Ph.D.
Co-Founder and Senior Consultant
Vince is a co-founder and current CEO of SMS. After completing his MA and PhD at the University of Iowa in 1965, he joined the faculty of Michigan State University. There he specialized in research, teaching and consulting on organizational communication issues. After serving a number of years as professor of communication, and with an extensive record of publications on several key organization communication topics, he left the university to become an organizational consultant for private enterprise. That led to the decision to co-found SMS.
Vince now has over 40 years of experience working with organizations of all sizes and across all industries. He is experienced in working with senior managers and executives to convert customer and market intelligence into strategic actions designed to win against the competition and improve financial performance.
